By registering for a training course with The Finish Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings and payment
Course spaces are limited and allocated on a first-in, first-served basis.
Your place is not confirmed until your registration has been accepted and full payment has been received. The Finish Limited is unable to hold places without payment.
All advertised course fees are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
The following cancellation policy applies:
More than 21 calendar days before the course: a full refund will be provided, less a $100 administration fee.
Between 8 and 21 calendar days before the course: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
Seven calendar days or fewer before the course: no refund will be provided.
No refund will be available for non-attendance or if you leave the course early.
You may nominate another suitable person to attend in your place at no additional cost, provided you notify us before the course begins. The Finish Limited reserves the right to confirm that the replacement attendee meets any applicable course requirements.
Where possible, and at our discretion, we may allow your booking to be transferred to a future course. Any transferred booking must be used within 12 months and is subject to course availability.
Changes to course dates
Course dates may occasionally need to change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, trainer availability, minimum attendance requirements or operational considerations.
If The Finish Limited changes the course date and you are unable to attend the revised date, you may choose to:
Transfer your booking to another available course; or
Receive a full refund of the course fee paid.
If The Finish Limited cancels a course, you will receive a full refund of the course fee or may transfer the payment to another available course.
The Finish Limited is not responsible for travel, accommodation, loss of income or other costs incurred in connection with attending a course. We recommend booking flexible or refundable travel and accommodation arrangements.
Course requirements and attendance
Participants are responsible for arriving on time, attending the full course and following all health and safety instructions.
Appropriate clothing and closed-toe footwear must be worn. Additional course-specific requirements will be included in the information provided before training.
The Finish Limited may refuse admission or require a participant to leave if their conduct is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. A refund will not be provided in these circumstances.
Course materials
Training manuals, technical information and other course resources supplied by The Finish Limited are for the participant’s professional use. They must not be copied, distributed, published or used to deliver training to others without prior written permission.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable New Zealand law.
