Participants are guided through substrate preparation, product selection, application technique, with a strong focus on achieving durable, specification-ready outcomes.

Our training is designed for plasterers, painters, builders and applicators looking to expand into architectural finishes. We also welcome motivated beginners with the right mindset and attention to detail.

For Venetian plaster, no prior experience is required.
For microcement, we recommend a background in plastering or finishing trades due to the technical nature of the system. -
Training is hosted at The Finish headquarters in Tauranga, with access to our purpose-built training facility.

All materials, tools for use during training, course manuals and catering are included. You’ll also receive access to technical resources following completion.
